Axl Rose is not known for punctuality or commitment. Despite significant changes in recent years, the Guns N' Roses has a history of abandoning shows or showing up hours late. It was this behavior that caused a heated argument in a Brazilian nightclub.

In 2010, the band played a series of shows in Brazil and scheduled an exclusive performance at the Disco nightclub in São Paulo, which was Marcos Mion . An eyewitness to the incident, former VJ and presenter Felipe Solari Falacadabra podcast .

The exclusive show was scheduled for March 11th of that year. Everything seemed fine, as the road crew arrived at the venue to set up the stage and do a soundcheck, but Axl Rose simply didn't show up. "We kept DJing until Axl arrived, we kept playing and playing," Solari recounted. "And nothing, he just didn't appear." 

According to Cifraclub , the commotion started around 2:30 AM because Guns N' Roses' security guards allegedly tried to remove equipment from the nightclub, causing a physical altercation with one of the club's owners. "The fight got heated, things got heated inside, it turned into a foreigner versus Brazilian thing," Solari continued. "And when the guys saw a roadie touching the Disco's owner, things started getting out of hand. And I only remember the lights coming on (...) and everyone's fighting."
