The war in Ukraine has been going on for two months, but artists and celebrities haven't tired of offering support to the country being invaded by Russia. The most recent example is Avenged Sevenfold .

The band started selling t-shirts to help the Ukrainian population and has since managed to raise enough funds to send bulletproof vests to citizens with the band's logo printed on them.

The news was broken by vocalist M. Shadows via Twitter. Guitarist Zacky Vengeance also said that the fundraising allowed AX7 to make a donation to the Monstrov organization to help with the purchase of medicine and humanitarian assistance.
