Four years after their last album, The Stage , Avenged Sevenfold released a new song, "Set Me Free".

Although the song isn't technically new – it was recorded in 2013 – the track is previously unreleased as it had never been made public before.

The song's description on YouTube indicates that the single was part of the recording sessions for the 2013 Hail To The King

There is also the prospect of new releases from Avenged Sevenfold on February 7th. The band promises to make available, through streaming services, "B-side" songs from the 2008 Diamonds In The Rough
