Avenged Sevenfold has released an animated series based on their latest album, "Hail To The King." The series, consisting of six episodes, serves as an introduction to a game that the band will be releasing.
Both the game and the animated series tell the story of Avenged Sevenfold's mascot, Deathbat. Regarding the series, the band's vocalist, M. Shadows, said: "We felt this was the best way to tell the story, and to give an idea of what kind of game we're creating .
Avenged Sevenfold is voted the best band of the new generation.
The band recorded six new songs for the game, which will be released in early 2014. Check out the animated series and the game trailer:
