Vengeance speaks on American radio.
In an interview with a Detroit radio station, Avenged Sevenfold guitarist Zacky Vengeance spoke about the recent announcement that Zakk Wylde will be the guitarist on Ozzy Osbourne's new tour . The musician praised the duo, especially Wylde's musical talents:
"I love seeing this. There are some bands where you put certain people together and it creates magic. All these guys are extremely talented on their own, but you put them all together and it creates something very, very special."
We had the privilege of hosting Ozzfest in 2006. And Zakk Wylde is a phenomenal guitarist.
He's one of those guitarists who just knows how to do things that other people can't. Like Dimebag or Hendrix. They have something truly spectacular. And Ozzy, he's the master. You put those two guys together, it's insane.
I'm excited. I love seeing these original guys getting back together. I loved seeing the Misfits come back, Slash and Axl in Guns N' Roses. That's what I'm talking about. That's what creates the magic.
