In May, Avenged Sevenfold released their first NFT album called Into The Ether . At the time, the band put 101 units on sale and announced that seven of them had golden eyes hidden among them. Now the mystery is over.
The band revealed in an Instagram comment that the seven lucky fans who found the figures with golden eyes are the winners of a meet and greet “at any show you go to, forever.” All 101 NFT also contain unreleased material.
Currently, Avenged Sevenfold is working on their eighth studio album, and vocalist M. Shadows has expressed optimism about the band's work, stating that the project is a " work of art ." The album does not yet have an official release date, but it should be released before the band's return to the stage, scheduled for the summer of 2022.
