After releasing a cover of the Rolling Stones' "As Tears Go By ," Avenged Sevenfold has released a reinterpretation of another classic.
This time the chosen song was "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd.
The band has been releasing some cover versions as part of a new project. These versions are being added to the album The Stage, released in 2016.
“We love the idea of releasing music in an unconventional way ,” said vocalist M. Shadows, “we released The Stage and let it sit for a while, now we can enrich it. The idea of turning an album into a living piece of art expands the journey .
