In celebration of Halloween, Avenged Sevenfold released "Halloween," a cover of the punk band Misfits.
Released annually, these covers of Misfits classics have become a tradition on the A7x calendar and are led by the vocals of guitarist Zacky Vengeance.

In addition to Zacky, bassist Johnny Christ and drummer Brooks Wackerman participate in the re-recordings, which have been shared since October 2021.
Last week, the band released a cover of "Skulls" . In 2023, the trio published a version of "Astro Zombie" , while in 2022 they shared "Last Caress" and in 2021, a re-recording of "Hybrid Moments".
