According to guitarist Tom Morello, unreleased Audioslave material will be released at some point
Audioslave has enough unreleased material for a new album. At least, that's what guitarist Tom Morello a recent interview.
“There are no plans to release this material, but there are no obstacles either. We will think about it at some point. There’s probably an album of unreleased material. It’s very good, too. Some of the choices about what would go on the albums were almost arbitrary. There are some of my favorite Audioslave songs that have never seen the light of day. So, I hope they come out someday.”
Hints about new Audioslave material surfaced last year. Morello had said that the music would "come out at some point." However, he added, there was no timeline for it.
