In the lyric video for their new single “For The Weak”, the metal band As The Palaces Burn showcases their new visual identity and gives a sneak peek at what's to come on their upcoming studio album.

With a sound geared towards modern metal, As The Palaces Burn combines technical mastery with influences from old-school heavy metal in their music. Regarding the new song, guitarist Diego Bittencourt explains: "'For The Weak' is a sample of what we'll be bringing to the new album. The track addresses the general crisis of human existence and mental fatigue combined with an existential crisis."

Vocalist Alyson Garcia echoes his bandmate's comment, adding that the audience should expect a "modern and sophisticated" album, arriving two years after their debut album, End'evour .
