Guitarist passed away this Saturday.
Following the death of AC/DC guitarist and founder Malcolm Young this Saturday, several artists have issued statements:
Ozzy Osbourne: “I’m so sad to hear that another friend, Malcolm Young, has passed away. I will miss him terribly.”
Dave Mustaine: “I have to go… I’m losing my mind knowing Malcolm is gone. I hate it…”
Tony Iommi: "So sad to hear about Malcolm Young. A great guitarist .
Lars Ulrich: “Thank you for being a huge part of the soundtrack of my life. Your music is the definition of 'endless' and 'inspiration'.”
Def Leppard: “Sad to hear that Malcolm Young has passed away. It was amazing to have had the chance to open for AC/DC on the 'Highway To Hell' tour and we certainly learned a lot there. He was an incredible guitarist and the glue of the band on and off stage. RIP Malcolm, say 'hi' to Bon .
