Priester was recommended by John Petrucci
Noturnall drummer Aquiles Priester is touring the US with Tony MacAlpine , marking the guitarist's first tour in the country in over a decade. MacAlpine will be playing his classic album "Maximum Security" in its entirety as part of the show, along with some songs from his new solo album "Concrete Gardens," which also features Priester.
On tour, Tony is also joined by bassist Bjorn Englen (Dio Disciples, Yngwie Malmsteen) and the phenomenal 25-year-old guitarist, Nili Brosh.
The recommendation came from Dream Theater guitarist John Petrucci, with whom Aquiles had auditioned. Priester considers this achievement his greatest accomplishment as a musician to date.
