The victim was 15 years old at the time of the rape.
Former Anthrax guitarist Dan Spitz has been accused of rape via a Facebook post.
Despite the accusations being made publicly, the victim's identity was not disclosed and the post was deleted.
In her post, the woman makes it clear that no other band members are involved and she imagines they are unaware of what happened. She also mentions an incident involving Paul Stanley of Kiss, which occurred seconds after the abuse.

“Jesus Christ. With all these accusations of sexual abuse against famous people… Maybe it’s my time to talk about Dan Spitz, formerly of Anthrax. When I was 15, I went to a Kiss concert in Edmonton, Alberta. Between the two shows [Anthrax was the opening act], I was invited backstage. I went to the tour bus, where Dan appeared in a bathrobe. He forced his penis down my throat. It happened so fast. He pulled my hair so hard I couldn’t move. Not a single word was spoken. I vomited on him… It was the only way I could get out of there.”
She goes on to recount that after managing to get out, she was crying and running when she met Paul Stanley, “He said, ‘You and I could make beautiful babies, with lots of hair.’ He didn’t say anything about my smudged mascara, my tears falling down my face, or why I was crying. I went back to the audience and didn’t tell anyone. Today, I’m telling the world.”
“I want to make it perfectly clear that no other member of the band Anthrax was involved. As far as I know, none of them know anything about this. This is about Dan Spitz and not about Anthrax. The band should not be punished or have its name tarnished. Please… If you are going to say something, blame him. Not the band. Thank you.”
She concludes her statement by saying that she has no reason to fabricate the story, “Why would I accuse Dan Spitz? I wasn’t a fan of Anthrax. I didn’t even know they were until I saw them when I was 15. Clearly, if I were making up this story, I could choose a hundred other famous people to blame. #IAmNotALiar #TheTruthHurts #DanSpitzIsAChildRapist.”
Dan Spitz has not yet spoken about the case.
