Ann Wilson , from Heart, released her new solo single "Missionary Man" this Wednesday, the 9th.

The track was originally released by Eurythmics in 1986 and will be on Ann Wilson's new album, Fierce Bliss , which will be released on April 29th. Other covers by the singer include Queen Robin Trower 's "Bridge of Sighs" .

Regarding the album's creative process, the singer says that the project took on a life of its own ( Louder ): “ Kenny Wayne Shepherd appeared on Sound Stage in Nashville and played some songs. He was a big influence. He plays very well, and with the gospel singers and everything else coming together, the whole project started to grow.”

"From one moment to the next, where there wasn't an album before, suddenly I had eleven songs that I really liked," he concluded.
