Regret is a human thing, and more than that, it's something even music gods go through. To prove this, guitarist Angus Young AC/DC song he never wanted to be released.

“On our first album, High Voltage , we did a love song called 'Love Song.' That was pretty different for us. I don't know if we were trying to parody love songs at the time, because Bon [Scott] wrote the lyrics. I don't even remember what the lyrics are,” he says in an interview with Vulture .

“I remember that song because the guy who worked for us at our record label told us that’s what was on the local radio all the time, really mellow music,” he recalls. “His thinking was that we should release that song because it would probably get some radio play. I remember thinking, ‘Who in their right mind would want that released?’”

“We were very lucky, though, because all the radio stations that had seen us live knew that wasn’t who we were,” he says. “So those radio stations started flipping the record over and playing another song, which was a cover of a blues song called ‘Baby, Please Don’t Go.’ We actually got a hit on the B-side. That was the song’s salvation,” Angus concludes.
