On Wednesday, the 13th, Angra released the music video for the track "Here In The Now," one of the highlights of their recent album Cycles Of Pain , released on November 3, 2023, by Reigning Phoenix Music .

The music video includes scenes filmed in Curitiba, at locations such as the Ópera de Arame and the Teatro Cleon Jaques , São Paulo, among others, while featuring singer Vanessa Moreno , who can also be heard on the album version of the track, and Chico Brown , son of Carlinhos Brown , starring as the main protagonist of the narrative.

Bassist Felipe Andreoli commented that the music video is very interesting: “We explored paths we had never used before, with an urban vision. There's also Chico Brown acting; it was great to have him in the video. We also had Vanessa Moreno, who, in addition to her incredible voice, contributed with an amazing performance. It's a very cool and different music video, just as this song – which we really like – deserves such a result. Rapha Moraes , our director, managed to give such a broad vision to the material.”

Rapha Moraes directed Angra's new music video.

Director Rapha Moraes adds: “The music really touched me. I connected with the musicality and the inspiring message that suggests people need to believe more in themselves and their uniqueness. From there, I looked for central themes and feelings that could convey those sensations. We built this main character, played by Chico Brown, who is in a large metropolis and is experiencing the chaos around him and within himself. When he puts on his headphones and starts listening to the music, he enters a different mental state that makes him begin to see everything differently.”

The release celebrates the start of the European leg of the Cycles Of Pain , which began on the 13th in Spain and ends on March 24th in Italy.
