Angra a will headline Full Metal Japan 2026festival scheduled for October 24th and 25th at the Pia Arena MM in Yokohama, Japan. The festival will also feature Hibria featuring Iuri Sanson & Renato Osorio, Michael Schenker, Stratovarius, Rage Against the Machine, and Gus G. with Ronnie Romero.

Scheduled as the headliner for the evening of October 25th, the Brazilian group will take the stage in a special format, featuring Kiko Loureiro and Edu Falaschi, in a performance with strong historical and emotional appeal for the Japanese audience, a key element in consolidating their career outside of Brazil. The show will celebrate one of the most emblematic phases of the group's trajectory, with direct references to the album Rebirth and the gathering of musicians who marked this period.

Kiko Loureiro highlighted the emotion of returning to Japan and participating in such a symbolic moment alongside Angra. “It’s sensational to return to Japan in the same year. I just finished a super successful tour at the beginning of the year and now I have the chance to return with my friends from Angra. I’m sure it will be incredibly special. Returning to Japan is always an amazing experience. Every time I go there, I relive great memories and reunite with great friends, from the early days of Angra’s history in Japan. So it will be really cool to celebrate this journey with this special participation,” said the guitarist.

Vocalist Edu Falaschi emphasized that participating in this show in Japan alongside Angra and Kiko Loureiro, reuniting almost the entire Rebirth, has a very profound meaning. “It was precisely in Japan that everything really began in my international history with Angra. It was there that I experienced some of the most important moments of my career, where the audience welcomed me, believed in me and in that new phase of the band. To return now, so many years later, to celebrate Rebirth exactly in Japan, is something very important to me,” he said.

Rafael Bittencourt stated that returning to Japan for an event of this magnitude has special significance for the band. “I am truly honored to return to Japan for such an important event. Edu and Kiko are part of our family, and honoring this chapter of the band's history in Japan is something we will never forget.”
