Angra announced this Tuesday, the 24th, the release date of their first acoustic DVD, Acoustic – Live At Ópera de Arame , which will feature the band's greatest hits. The release will be on October 11th, and the news was shared on the band's social media.

The concert for the recording of the new acoustic album took place at the Ópera de Arame in Curitiba in August 2023. The event featured several distinguished guests, including Amanda Somerville , Toni Garrido , and Vanessa Moreno .

Plans for the future of Angra

Among the band's current plans are a European tour in October and November. In late 2024 and March 2025, Angra will return to Brazil with the Interlude , celebrating the 20th anniversary of the album Temple Of Shadows.

After this last tour, the band will go on hiatus, announced in early September. The sudden break is considered a time for the members to dedicate themselves to other personal and professional projects.
