Andreas Kisser , guitarist for Sepultura , announced on his social media that he is donating blood to the São Paulo Blood Bank in the name of his wife, Patricia Perissonotto Kisser .
The guitarist is requesting that blood donations of types A, B, O, and AB be made at Rua Tomás Carvalhal, 711, in the Paraíso neighborhood of São Paulo. The hours of operation are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Free parking is available at the location.
The need for the donation comes days after the guitarist withdrew from the European tour for the album Quadra (2020). When the withdrawal was announced, the group said that Andreas needed to return to Brazil due to a "family emergency".
