Amy Lee , lead singer of Evanescence , joined violinist Lindsey Stirling to perform a special version of "Wasted On You," the band's most recent single
The collaboration was for Stirling's series, titled String Sessions , and also included a brief conversation between the artists.
Lindsey has already participated in some new Evanescence tracks, as well as some older ones, such as "Hi-Lo" from the 2017 album Synthesis . Furthermore, the violinist also performed on the band's North American tour in 2018.
“I’m so lucky to have already toured with one of my idols, and now she’s my next guest on #StringSessions! @Amy Lee and I played @Evanescence’s new song, 'Wasted On You',” the violinist wrote on her Twitter.
