Queen Extravaganza is a tribute to Queen.
Alirio Netto, former vocalist of the Brasília-based bands Khallice and Age Of Artemis, is the new vocalist for Queen Extravaganza.
After appearing in musicals like We Will Rock You and Jesus Christ Superstar, and being the Brazilian voice for the character Lefu in the 2017 film Beauty and the Beast, the singer is now officially the voice that will accompany Queen Extravaganza on their new tour.
Queen Extravaganza is a Queen tribute band, produced by Roger Taylor and Brian May.
Taylor said that "Alírio is not only a singer full of superlatives, he is also a great showman, who will deliver our songs in a tremendous way."
The band also features Tyler Warren on drums, François-Olivier Doyon on bass, Nick Radcliffe on guitar, and Darren Reeves on keyboards.
Tour dates will be announced soon.
Alirio will perform in São Paulo on April 24th, playing songs from his entire career, opening for the band Noturnall.
