The Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle has chosen Alice in Chains to receive the 2020 Founders . A virtual event will be held to celebrate the honorees and will feature Metallica , Korn , and Corey Taylor , among others, performing covers of the band's songs.
The event will also feature Billy Corgan, Duff McKagan, Mastodon, Dave Navarro, Taylor Hawkins, Lily Cornell Silver, Ann Wilson , and Nancy Wilson. The artists will perform various songs from different phases of Alice in Chains' career.
Several other important names in music will make small special appearances, such as Eddie Vedder, Sammy Hagar , and Tom Morello . The event will take place on December 1st at 11 PM (Brasilia time) and will be streamed on the Museum's Facebook page. For more details, visit the official website.
