"The One You Know," Alice In Chains in five years, is part of their new album, to be released by BMG. The music video was directed by Adam Mason.
Jerry Cantrell spoke about the album: “It’s an album that contains all the elements of something you’d expect from us. It has our fingerprint on it. And we’re very proud of what we wrote. There are some really heavy things, some really ugly things, some really beautiful things, some weird things, it’s good.”
Regarding the gap between albums, he adds: "We wait until we're ready and until we have the material that's standard Alice In Chains."
This album is the band's third with producer Nick Raskulinecz and engineer Paul Figueroa. The album title has not yet been released.
Alice In Chains has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and has been nominated for numerous Grammy Awards. The band is currently touring North America and will soon begin performing in Europe.
