Alice Cooper is currently composing an album with the Hollywood Vampires
Alice Cooper , in an interview with Des Moines radio station Lazer 103.3, spoke about his career and a possible retirement:
“I think the fact is, everyone can look at Mick Jagger or Paul McCartney or any of those guys who are still touring after 60 years or more, 50 years at least, and they’re so good. I think it’s a question of: ‘Are you physically well enough to do this? Are you mentally well enough?’ My idea was this: if I didn’t think my next album would be my best, then I would stop. If I didn’t think my next show would be my best, or at least equal to my best show, then I would definitely stop. But I’m looking at the new Hollywood Vampires , and that show, and the new stage we’re doing and I think, ‘Wow, this is better than the last one. Let’s keep going.’ There’s nothing physically wrong with me, so I can’t imagine why I wouldn’t continue.”
