The guitarist only spoke "blah blah blahs"

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Rush guitarist Alex Lifeson recalled his 2013 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction speech, which consisted of nothing but "blah blah blah":

“It seemed like a good idea at the time. I had written a speech and I was trying to remember it but I couldn't. And I thought, I guess I'll just say 'blah blah blah'. And I thought it was a good idea. And I thought about telling our story and how we got to that stage without using words. And the interesting thing is that everyone remembers my speech.”.

Geddy Lee also commented: “I want to make it perfectly clear that he hadn’t told us he was going to do that. In fact, I know he had another speech planned. Neil [Peart] and I thought he’d gone mad when he was speaking. You can see our faces in the background thinking, ‘What the hell is he doing?’”.
