The last unreleased work at Dimmu Borgir was in 2010
After seven years without releasing any new material, the Norwegian band Dimmu Borgir will release their new album, Eonian , on May 4th.
The music video for the first single, “Interdimensional Summit” , was directed by Patric Ullaeus, who previously worked with the band on the videos for “ Progenies Of The Great Apocalypse ” and “ The Serpentine Offering ”. Ullaeus has also worked with bands such as Arch Enemy, Amaranthe, Europe, In Flames, Evergrey, Delain, Within Temptation, Children Of Bodom, among others.
The EP “Interdimensional Summit” will be released on 7-inch colored vinyl, and in addition to the title track, it features a live version of “Puritania ”, recorded in Oslo, Norway.
Dimmu Borgir celebrates 25 years in the music industry in 2018, and their last original work was released in 2010, called “Abrahadabra” .
