This is not the first time Trump has used an Aerosmith song.
Steven Tyler , lead singer of Aerosmith , is trying to stop US President Donald Trump from using the band's 1993 classic, "Livin' On The Edge," at events.
The song was recently played on Tuesday night, the 21st, when supporters of the president entered the Charleston Civic Center for Trump's rally.
According to Variety , Tyler sent a letter through his lawyer, Dina Lapolt, accusing the president of intentional infringement for using the song. In 2015, Trump used the song "Dream On" during his presidential campaign.
"As expressly stated in previous letters, Mr. Trump is not permitted to use any music," the document says.
