Members of Aerosmith joined The Joe Perry Project last Wednesday, the 17th, at the Hollywood Bowl during the band's opening act for The Who.

Steven Tyler was the special guest for the band's show, which already features Aerosmith guitarists Joe Perry and Brad Whitford . Together, they played the songs "Walk This Way," an Aerosmith classic, as well as the band's hit cover of "The Train Kept A-Rollin'."

At the beginning of the show, Slash also joined The Joe Perry Project for a performance of
Aerosmith's "Mama Kin".

Recently, Steven Tyler and Joe Perry announced their new EP, One More Time , in collaboration with YUNGBLUD .

This work marks the band's first new music in 13 years, since the album Music from Another Dimension!, from 2012. Tyler's last recording was "I Want You Back" from 2023, a collaboration with Dolly Parton .

Recently, Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, and YUNGBLUD, along with Nuno Bettencourt paid a moving tribute to Ozzy Osbourne at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs).

Steven Tyler announced his retirement from touring with Aerosmith in 2023 due to serious vocal problems. The new single excites fans and marks a possible return for the artist who has only performed in occasional shows, such as the VMAs and Back To The Beginning .
