Aerosmith cancels 2022 European tour due to increase in COVID-19 cases.

The pandemic continues to postpone or cancel the return of concerts around the world.

The return of concerts around the world is not yet certain, as the pandemic continues. Aerosmith recently announced the cancellation of their 2022 European tour due to concerns about the spread of the disease.

“It is with deep regret that we must announce that our European tour, scheduled for June and July 2022, has been cancelled. We continue to monitor the current COVID situation and with the uncertainty related to travel logistics and the ongoing presence of health restrictions, it has become clear that it will not be possible to proceed with our summer shows in the region,” the band explained in a statement. “The health, safety and well-being of our fans is our number one priority.”

In August 2021, Aerosmith's complete music catalog was sold to Universal Music , which will work with the band on future projects involving films and the release of unreleased tracks.
