David Z Rock couldn't resist.
Adrenaline Mob bassist David Zablidowsky, known by the nickname "David Z Rock," passed away today as a result of the tragic accident the band suffered on a Florida highway.
The accident happened when a truck slid off the road and collided with the band's trailer , which was on the shoulder due to a flat tire. The collision caused a fire that was brought under control by the fire brigade.
In addition to his work with Adrenaline Mob, David has also played in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Jeff Scott Soto Band, among other bands.
Disturbed bassist John Moyer was the first to speak out, saying:
“This talented, humble, sweet soul left us far too soon today. If you saw him play, you were lucky. If you knew him, you were blessed. RIP David Z. You were an animal on stage and it was a pleasure to share it with you in your final days. I will miss you, brother.”
