Decapitated: Kidnapping and rape charges dropped.

The band was accused in August.

The charges against the members of the Polish band Decapitated have been dropped after the prosecutor stated that he believes it is in the best interest of the victims.

They were accused of kidnapping and rape by a woman from Spokane, Washington in August. According to the victim, she and a friend were at the band's concert and after the performance ended, they went to talk to the members who invited them for drinks on the band's tour bus.

The victim was taken to the hospital after the incident, where it was confirmed that she had serious injuries to her arm, consistent with having been held against her will.

According to the publication, the case was based on the victims' testimony, and the defense lawyers intended to discredit them. Although the charges were dropped, the band could face charges again in the future if new evidence emerges.

The band's lawyer revealed that this week the band will return to Poland after nearly six months in custody in Washington.

The band has not yet commented on the matter.
