Accept releases “The Undertaker,” the first single from the band’s new album, Too Mean To Die , which arrives on January 15, 2021 via Nuclear Blast.
The album, which will be their first since The Rise Of Chaos and the first with Martin Motnik on bass, who replaced Peter Baltes in 2018, has its concept reflected in its title, as guitarist Wolf Hoffmann , “We wanted to address the corona situation with a twist. Accept are the soldiers of metal – we march indefinitely. We are 'too bad to die'.”
The music video for the single, in turn, was filmed in an abandoned castle in Poland and in a cemetery in Nashville, United States, and according to Hoffmann, the track is one of the catchiest and most interesting songs on the album.
