Stevie Young, guitarist for AC/DC, was hospitalized this Thursday, the 19th, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The band is in the city for three performances of the PWR/UP Tour, on March 23rd, 27th, and 31st at the River Plate Stadium.

According to Reuters, a spokesperson for the band reported that the musician was admitted to a local hospital, where he underwent a series of tests. Despite the hospitalization, his health condition is stable.

"Out of an abundance of caution, he was admitted to a local hospital. Stevie is doing well and in good spirits. He is looking forward to getting back on stage on Monday," the spokesperson stated [transcription via g1].

The hospitalization occurred approximately two weeks after AC/DC's third and final show at Morumbi Stadium in São Paulo on March 4th. Before performing in Argentina, the Australian group played two dates in Chile at Parque Estadio Nacional, on March 11th and 15th.

AC/DC showed they still have a lot of fuel left in the tank during their show in São Paulo

In a review published by Wikimetal, the text says: "With more than five decades on the road, the Australian group maintains a straightforward approach with catchy riffs, explosive choruses, and a performance without excesses, where the highlight is the strength of the repertoire."

“The structure prioritizes the music, highlighting the stacked amplifiers and the constant presence of Angus Young, who, despite his advanced age of 70, remained the visual and sonic driving force of the show, his worn guitar showcasing years of experience. Even after decades of repeating the school uniform and lengthy solos, the guitarist demonstrates stamina and technical precision. Vocalist Brian Johnson, in turn, delivered a solid performance, within his current natural limitations. Experience compensated for any vocal strain, as he maintained his charisma in anthems like 'Back in Black', 'You Shook Me All Night Long', and 'Highway to Hell'.”
