The book will follow the band's entire journey with Bon Scott.
A new book about AC/DC during Bon Scott will be released on November 14th by Jawbone Press. With no release date yet set for Brazil, the book, titled AC/DC 1973-1980: The Bon Scott Years, was written by Jeff Apter, author of several other books about the band.
The book will tell the story of the glorious years the Australian group spent with Bon Scott, a time when they wrote great songs like "Dirty Deeds," "Rock 'N' Roll Damnation," "High Voltage," "If You Want Blood," "Whole Lotta Rosie," "It's A Long Way To The Top," and "Let There Be Rock."
Previously unseen photographs will complement Apter's words, which will describe the early days of AC/DC and cover the period up to Scott's death in February 1980.
