AC/DC: 'Back In Black' voted best Australian album of all time

Rolling Stone Australia released a list of the 200 best national albums, with AC/DC topping the list

AC/DC 's Back In Black has topped Rolling Stone Australia 's 200 Greatest Australian Albums of All Time . The band also appears on the list three other times, with Highway To Hell (29th position), Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (60th position) and Powerage (136th position).

Back In Black was released on July 25, 1980 in the United States, followed by the album's release in the United Kingdom on July 31. It was the band's first album without vocalist Bon Scott, who had died a few months earlier, and with Brian Johnson replacing him. The album includes the singles "You Shook Me All Night Long", "Hells Bells" and "Back In Black".

Kick by INXS , Diesel And Dust by Midnight Oil , and Frogstomp by Silverchair also appeared on the list. Check it out here.
