AC /DC has announced the lineup for their performance at the Power Trip festival, which takes place between October 6th and 8th in Indio, California. The band will perform on the 7th.

In a video posted on social media last Saturday, the 9th, the group showed the two new additions to the lineup: Matt Laug replacing drummer Phil Rudd and bassist Cliff Williams coming out of retirement and returning to the group.

In the video, they appear rehearsing “If You Want Blood (You've Got It)” with the following caption: “PWR UP for Power Trip [a play on the name of the band's most recent album, Power Up , from 2020]! Listen to the boys rehearsing, rocking out with Cliff Williams, who is coming out of retirement for the festival, and Matt Lung on drums.”

Laug is known for having played with big names in music such as Alice Cooper , Alanis Morissette , Slash's Snakepit Power Up album after leaving the band in 2015.

Williams, on the other hand, left the band in 2016 to retire from touring and "be free to do what he wants." Like Rudd, he participated in the Power Up album.

It is not yet known what AC/DC plans to do after the Power Trip performance.
