No Rainbow Bar & Grill
On August 24th, a statue will be erected in honor of Lemmy Kilmister at his favorite bar, the Rainbow Bar & Grill on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. The venue also erected a memorial to the musician after his death.
Artist Travis Moore is responsible for the statue, which will be placed in a 1.80-meter shrine outside the bar. Moore will create the sculpture for free, and the material costs were covered through crowdfunding.
The unveiling of the statue will take place on August 24th at 7 PM Los Angeles time.
