The Californian band Incubus took the phrase "it didn't even leave and it's already back" seriously. The band, which was a highlight of the first weekend of the 2024 edition of Rock in Rio , returns to the country in April for two performances: one in Curitiba, on the 8th – at Live Curitiba – and one in São Paulo, on the 10th – at Espaço Unimed . These shows promise to be more than special, after all, it's a commemorative tour of the album Morning View , released way back in 2001.
“About 23 years ago, we rented a beachfront house to do an artistic experiment. The new and stimulating environment, combined with a good dose of drive, helped us find that state of flow, and the set of songs that became known as Morning View became an unforgettable and deeply meaningful part of our lives,” comments Brandon Boyd , the band's vocalist.
The setlist features the entire Morning View performance plus a short encore with other great hits from the group and a Portishead .
