Existentia

Existentia is a new progressive metal band from Russia, following the release of their debut album Planet in the Universe , released in May of this year, with the single "Revolution Against Evolution".

The music has a unique sound that evokes other heavy metal genres to create an intense atmosphere guided by the project's powerful vocalist, singing about two events in the social transformations of recent years: the anti-racist protests following the death of George Floyd in the United States, and the first civilian spaceflight. "The revolution connects these two events that seem opposite at first glance. The spirit of protest alongside hope, rebellion, and the desire to live and create permeate this single," explains the group.

Vigilant

Metal, electronic, rap, and hip hop meet with originality and power in the sound of the Chilean band Vigilante, a project by musician Ivan Muñoz . With six albums released throughout his career and currently living in Europe, the artist uses the song "Primera Linea" to talk about the protests in Chile that led to the establishment of a Constituent Assembly in the country.

The frenetic atmosphere evokes clashes between armed forces and civilians in the streets, bringing aggressive and urgent vocals reflecting the climate of the ongoing social revolution in the country's struggle against governmental tyranny.

Laszlo Jones

Singer, producer and instrumentalist Laszlo Jones assembled a heavyweight team to record Beyond The Door , his most recent EP, featuring Alex Skolnik (guitarist of Testament ), Ralph Salmins (drummer), Michael Buyens (bassist), Michael Arrom (pianist), all with arrangements by Marcos Barilari .

In “Kill Myself”, Jones’s powerful vocals venture into a frenetic rhythm with flirtations of industrial elements in an intense and energetic track.

Midnight Guest

Formed by Brazilian and Canadian members, Midnight Guest is a heavy rock band with occult themes and inspiration from historical events, as is the case with the excellent single "Sounds Like Doom," part of the EP Satanic Panic Attack , released on November 30th.

With interesting changes of direction and a hypnotic atmosphere, the band delivers technical quality in its instrumental work and a touch of theatricality in its powerful vocals that address mental health issues.
