LohArano
Sepultura taught us that metal can incorporate elements of local culture – however different it may be – to reach the next level. The band LohArano, from Madagascar, in Africa, mixes rock, punk and Malagasy ternary rhythms on their debut album, called LohAmboto .
The project features a unique, original sound, with undeniable weight, groove, and attitude in the title track, a frenetic and incendiary song with meaning and ancestral roots.
AWAZE
The Swedish band Awaze is the result of an unpretentious jam session between three friends, with no plans to form a permanent project until they realized the combined energy of the trio: drummer Jonna Löfgren , vocalist Simon Zion , and bassist Olov Domeij .
In “Water”, the band creates a hypnotic atmosphere that blends classic rock and indie into a sound reminiscent of the seventies yet contemporary, relying on vocals and guitars that are sometimes seductive, sometimes forceful, to convey a reflection on the thirst for life that the world feels after two years of pandemic.

SATE
Sate 's powerful voice is the highlight of "Dirty Little Lie," a Canadian singer-songwriter who blends blues, rock, and punk in captivating narratives about the journey to becoming the best version of oneself in The Fool , her second album.
The project took five years to complete and breathes new life into the track with the newly released short film , showcasing the captivating attitude of an artist who is engaging in every aspect, from sound to visuals.
Late 90s
The flirtation between different styles yields good results in the band Late 90s , formed by longtime friends Elliot Lee (drums), Steve Loreck (vocals and guitar), and twins Zaac Morgan (guitar) and Brody Morgan (bass), who are working on their first singles.
In “Standing There”, the listener will likely be surprised by the evolution of the song from its unassuming beginning, which hides the band's potential in a minimalist melody and prominent vocals, to a crescendo of energy and quality around the first minute.
