The 66th Grammy Awards took place last Sunday, February 4th, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The awards ceremony, which is full of controversy, is responsible for recognizing the best in music.
However, there are still great artists who have left home without taking home an award or any recognition from the academy.
Loudwire has compiled a list of 32 big names in music who, over the years, didn't win awards but still won over critics and many fans around the world.
The Grammy snubs
01. Queen
Despite being nominated in numerous categories and being considered one of the greatest rock bands, Queen never won a Grammy. However, the band did receive an honorary award for their lifetime achievement.
02. The Who
Like Queen, The Who also didn't come out on top, receiving only a consolation prize, the Lifetime Achievement Award, in 2001.

The academy didn't recognize the band until the 90s; however, the nomination didn't lead to the award. They competed against The Beatles, who won that year.
07. Everly Brothers
Like other giants on the list, the Everly brothers received only a consolation prize in 1997.
