Andre Matos , the greatest vocalist in Brazilian metal, passed away two years ago, on June 8, 2019, at the age of 47. Last year, Viper released a new version of "The Spreading Soul Forever" as a tribute to their friend and idol.
In the exciting music video released for the track, aerial shots of empty São Paulo streets during quarantine serve as a backdrop for memories of Matos' time in Viper , featuring old photos and special moments from tours and backstage. The video was edited by Anderson Bellini , director of the documentary Andre Matos, the Maestro of Rock .
