This week we fulfilled a long-held desire to dedicate a Wikimetal episode entirely to National Pride. Or rather: to National Prides, as we featured not just one, but four Brazilian bands that represent various Metal styles, different cities across the country, and deserve the title of National Pride.
We begin our episode at Galeria do Rock, talking with Jack Devil and his Thrash Metal band from São Luís, Maranhão. Following that, we hear the incredibly heavy sound of Krow , a band from the Triângulo Mineiro region.
Radically changing styles, we present Omega Code and their blend of Progressive Rock with Electronic music. And to finish off this mega National Pride feature, we talk to Pop Javali, who hail from Americana, in the interior of São Paulo, with top-notch Hard Rock.
This week's special offer is a very special "National Pride" package featuring CDs from four other bands that demonstrate how Rock and Metal are alive and well in Brazil: Baranga, Kamboja, Noturnall, and Motorguts.
In this episode: Jack Devil, Krow, Omega Code and Pop Javali .
Promotion: National Pride Package Promotion
