Lzzy told Wikimetal how Halestorm's career began, the band's main influences, and what it was like to win a Grammy competing against legendary bands like Megadeth, Iron Maiden, and Anthrax.
Speaking about being a role model for girls, Lzzy said: “Breaking down barriers as a woman has inspired many girls who come to our shows to start their own bands – and that’s the best thing in the world. To be an inspiration to someone else.” Lzzy explained that she felt a lack of role models when she was younger.
