In August 2011, we had the honor of hosting the 1st Wikimetal Party. The party went down in history for bringing together, at Manifesto Bar, great icons of Brazilian Metal, in addition to many other attractions:
Ambient music chosen by Ricardo Batalha (editor-in-chief of Roadie Crew magazine), distribution of dozens of prizes to those present, debut of the band Bazooka playing Metal classics, the return of Exhort after 15 years.
And to close the night with a flourish, several jam sessions bringing together members of Brazilian metal legends such as Atomica, Centúrias, Harpia, Salário Mínimo, Shaman, Toyshop, Viper, Vodu, Volkana, etc.
It was with great pride (and hard work) that Wikimetal put together this party, and episode #046 relives how it all happened in one night of Metal in São Paulo.
